Heads up: we may record or monitor calls with Solve Debt Now to keep our service sharp.
Solve Debt Now gives you access to its content, tools, and communication features through this website (the "Service"). Use the Service, and you're agreeing to the Terms of Service below.
We don't supply your internet connection, device, or software — that's on you. By using this site, finishing registration, and clicking "Submit," you're agreeing the Service may include ads and sponsored content that help keep it running. You're also agreeing that Solve Debt Now can't promise the information, products, or services here will be accurate, reliable, current, or exactly what you need. Everything's provided "as is" — we disclaim the warranties that would normally come with that.
Using the Service also means agreeing to our Retainer Agreements and Legal Disclaimer.
You're Agreeing To This
Using the Service means accepting these terms, plus whatever updates, rules, or policies Solve Debt Now rolls out over time as part of our Terms of Service, Legal Disclaimer, and related notices — all folded in here by reference. Together, they're the whole deal between you and Solve Debt Now, replacing anything agreed to before.
Finishing registration and clicking "Submit" means you're bound by our Terms of Service, Legal Disclaimer, and the Retainer Agreement terms that apply to you.
If We Update This
We can update these terms, conditions, or notices whenever we need to. Checking back is on you. Keep using the Service after a change, and that counts as accepting it.
Changes On Our End
We can pause, change, or shut down the Service, in part or completely, for a while or for good, with or without a heads-up. You're agreeing Solve Debt Now isn't on the hook to you or anyone else for that call.
Using the Site
Some parts of the Service might let you message, post, or chat with others (call these "Communication Tools"). Keep what you post appropriate to whatever tool you're using. And no using the Service commercially — no reselling, co-branding, or private labeling.
To use the Service, you're agreeing to:
- Give us honest, current, complete info wherever our registration form asks for it (your "Registration Information," tied to your Retainer Agreement)
- Keep that information current
If something you told us turns out to be false, old, or incomplete, we can shut your account down and block further access. You're letting Solve Debt Now use and share your combined registration data with third parties for marketing, in line with our Privacy Policy. You're also fine with us using your info to personalize offers, tailor what you see, fill requests for products or services, and reach out about new offers by email or other means.
The Don'ts
Don't use the Service for anything illegal — and know you're on the hook for whatever you send through it.
Don't:
- Get in the way of other people using the Service
- Break any local, state, federal, or international law
- Pretend to be somebody or something you're not
- Mess with the Service, its servers, or connected networks
- Send spam, chain letters, junk mail, contests, or pyramid schemes
- Post anything unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise out of line
- Upload copyrighted, trademarked, or patented material without permission
- Upload viruses, worms, or other harmful code
- Harass other users or collect their personal info
- Advertise goods or services unless the Service says you can
- Copy, resell, or otherwise cash in on any part of the Service
- Break the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, or similar law
- Help or support terrorism, or put U.S. military personnel at risk
We don't have to police the Service, but we can review and take down posted content, and cut your access anytime, for any reason, without notice. Where attorney-client privilege allows, we can also share information we think is needed to follow the law, a court order, or a government request, and edit, refuse, or remove content, in part or in full.
Keeping Your Login Safe
Signing up means giving us accurate, current info as asked, then picking a username and password. Keeping that password private — and everything that happens under your account — is on you.
Tell us right away if you spot unauthorized use of your account or any other security issue, and log out when you're done each session. We're not responsible for losses from someone using your account without permission, whether or not you knew about it — though you could be on the hook for losses we or someone else takes because you didn't follow this. Never use somebody else's account without them okaying it first.
We're glad to walk you through anything unclear.
